STEVEN CADRANel

Steven Cadranel is owner and President of Arris Realty Partners.  Cadranel began his career as a commercial real estate lender before turning his attention to development 37 years ago.  Much of that time was spent as President of Ben Carter Properties before that company was consolidated and reorganized into Arris. During his career Cadranel has used his expertise in finance, planning, development, leasing, and Asset Management to vision, create and unlock value in projects totaling over 10 million square feet from Dallas, Texas to Portland, Maine.  Some of the notable landmarks he helped create include The Mall of Georgia in north Atlanta, Georgia, Columbus Park, a 380 acre master planned retail, commercial, and residential development in Columbus, Georgia, over 2.5 million s.f. of combined retail, commercial and residential development at St. Johns Town Center in Jacksonville, Florida, the 251 unit Cliftwood apartment complex and complimentary Plaza at City Springs retail center in Sandy Springs, Georgia, and numerous other centers of distinction. In addition to his own projects, Cadranel oversees personal and syndicated investments in numerous southeastern multifamily and built-for-rent residential developments through a separate company he helped launch in 2010.
